€1 community campaign
I created the DEN website and apps largely with my own resources because I believe there is a real need for a valuable, people-centred community space. I am now asking the community to help me sustain it. Even one euro directly helps DEN continue operating and developing.

A personal motivation
I wanted to create a place where children, families, creators, musicians, writers and communities can find worthwhile content, real opportunities and one another.
I created the foundations of the website and apps with a substantial amount of my own money. My aim was not to build another commercial platform, but to create a digital space that provides value, builds community and genuinely serves the community's interests. I believe there is an exceptional need for a place like this.
I want DEN to be sustained by community support. That is precisely why there will be no advertising or paid placements: its content and decisions can be shaped by the community's real needs rather than commercial interests.
Operating, securing, maintaining and developing the servers, website and apps involves substantial ongoing costs. Covering them over the long term requires the community to come together and offer its support. Every contribution directly helps DEN remain independent, accessible and operational.
Supporting our shared space
Small contributions support the practical foundations of DEN's everyday operation and development.
Hosting, domains, development, security and ongoing maintenance.
New features, updates, fixes and keeping everything running reliably.
The technical and creative work behind articles, books, videos, music and community content.
Preparing new opportunities, collaborations and community initiatives.
An important, clear distinction
DEN is not a startup company or an investment scheme. It is not possible to join as an investor.
Support does not provide ownership, decision-making rights or a financial return. It is a voluntary contribution that helps keep DEN running.
Even €1 makes a real difference, and many small contributions can keep DEN available and growing. If you cannot contribute financially right now, sharing the page also helps greatly.
Honest information
I will publish summaries of campaign support and the main areas of spending on this page. Only real, verified figures will appear, together with the date of the latest update.
The campaign is just starting. The first summary will be based on actual contributions and costs.
The size of an individual contribution is not what matters. Many small contributions can build a solid foundation together. If you cannot offer financial support now, sharing the website also helps a great deal.
