Fitness and endurance
Gradually increasing activity from the current starting point, safely developing strength, endurance and enjoyment of movement.
DEN Personal Training and Sports Education
Personalised movement development that strengthens the body, attention, perseverance and responsibility for one's own strength.

Movement as a space for education
Through movement, children and young people learn to pay attention, wait, start again, follow rules, handle setbacks and take responsibility for their strength. DEN personal training combines exercise and sports education.
We work with clear boundaries, consistency and personal attention, starting from where the young person is now, without shouting, humiliation or performance at any cost.
Body and personality grow together
Gradually increasing activity from the current starting point, safely developing strength, endurance and enjoyment of movement.
Balance, rhythm, speed and precise movements for a body that feels more capable and dependable.
Stance, footwork, distance awareness and controlled technical exercises. Self-defence here teaches attention and self-control, not aggression.
Children learn to recognise their strength, tiredness and tension and gradually manage them more consciously.
Regular practice teaches presence, starting again, completing tasks and accepting that development takes time.
Confidence grows as young people discover that they can learn, work and control their own strength.
Individual development
For boys and young people who want to become stronger, more capable and confident, and would benefit from regular movement but do not feel at home in large groups or traditional sports settings.
Training may suit beginners, those returning to exercise and anyone who wants to develop attention, self-control and perseverance through boxing or general fitness. We always agree the specific goal in advance.
Consistently, step by step
We begin with a conversation with the parent and young person about goals, background, capacity and any limitations.
Simple movement tasks help me assess fitness, coordination, body awareness and the young person's approach to effort and learning.
Training is adapted to age, current condition, personality and our agreed goal.
Development requires at least twelve weeks, with two or three 60–90-minute sessions a week. We increase the workload steadily and sensibly.
Professional background
I hold an advanced sports instructor qualification from a two-year full-time course and have worked in physical education teaching, sports instruction and coaching. I founded, led and coached the boxing section of the Hajdú Antal Franciscan Student Sports Association. In every session, I adapt almost three decades of teaching and educational experience to the child's or young person's personality and actual needs.

Clear boundaries
A child is neither an opponent to defeat nor a problem to correct. Training is intended to support growth, not cause fear. Safety, dignity and gradual progress come before performance.
Before beginning, every family receives clear personal information about the location, dates, fee, equipment and other training details.
